Slight variations in color, design, size, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, handcrafted nature of products, or individual screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing errors may result in order cancellation.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation from Beads & Bloom. The brand reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational issues.

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Beads & Bloom is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of products. Beads & Bloom is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, water exposure, chemical contact, or normal wear and tear.

All designs, images, logos, content, and branding associated with Beads & Bloom are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Beads & Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Beads & Bloom shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.
